Mr. Mitchell has successfully negotiated assessment reductions across multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States, resulting in over $10M in tax savings on behalf of his clients. Prior to forming MDI Companies, Mr. Mitchell was a Sr. Associate at CB Richard Ellis in their National Real Estate Tax Consulting Group. Prior to CB Richard Ellis, he was a Sr. Tax Analyst at Trammell Crow Company in their Real Estate Tax Consulting Group. Mr. Mitchell received his M.P.S degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and received his B.A. degree in Economics with Honors from Morehouse College.
